Yes — that is exactly how most of our international clients work with us. The entire process runs on photos, email and phone: assessment, quote, key hand-over via your estate agent or lawyer, and photo documentation when the work is done.
Yes, you are welcome to write and speak with us in English throughout the process.
It depends on the size of the home and the amount of contents. You always get a fixed written quote in advance, and valuable contents can be bought by us and offset against the cost — sometimes covering most of it. The first assessment is free.
If there are several estate owners (dödsbodelägare), they need to agree, and a written authorisation is often practical. The Swedish probate inventory (bouppteckning) is registered with the Swedish Tax Agency before assets are distributed. We are happy to coordinate with your Swedish lawyer or estate agent.
Yes. We value and buy furniture, art, silver, jewellery and collectables. The amount is paid to the estate or deducted from the clearance cost.
